OVERVIEW & IMPACT

We are looking for a Sales and Biz Dev manager for Samsung Foundry. The individual will work to develop, acquire and grow new business for our expanding Foundry services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the direct customer management side of the semiconductor industry. Additionally, this individual will be able to work well with internal customers within the US as well as Korea. Good understanding of the Foundry industry and semiconductor technology is a must. A large network within the semiconductor industry will also be a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with various internal organizations (Marketing, Finance, Legal and Headquarter team) to lead successful marketing pitches, RFQs, SOWs, NDAs and eventual design awards.
• Help to prepare co-workers to lead contract negotiations and manage sales operations.
• Direct customer facing action item tracking.
• Detailed analytics on sales revenue, industry trends, customer trends, and expected outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS (Education Certificates, Licenses, Travel)

• 7 - 10 years in the semiconductor industry
• Highly literate in MS Office
• Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong drive to win.
• Team player with the ability to work across diverse cross-functional global teams.
• Relationship manager with a proven experience working with customers directly.
• Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills.

PREFERED SKILLS

• BA/BS degree in related field a plus
• Korean language fluency is a plus
